Lessee-it’s been since the 7th. Hmmmmm. Time marches on.
Quite a bit has happened, but the actual reality is that nothing earth-shaking has happened. At least in my life. Ask an Egyptian or a Tunisian, you might get a very different answer.
So, here’s the recap: working on a full from scratch design at work. Worked out very well. I got some money from the Hollywood liquidation-which was nice. Got the house clean before Erika left and it’s still pretty clean, which is no mean accomplishment. Erika went to Long Beach to visit her mom. It was crazy-running around taking the kids on their ways, but we had Rigoberto’s and Pietro’s, both nights, so I don’t think they minded too much. We got a new washer/dryer and fridge for a good price. Hard work to get them out of the guy’s house. We still need to install them… Erika got bikes for us, we went riding this Sat-to school, Pietro’s and back. It was tough on her. She had a lip thing looked at Friday-I stayed home with Salem. Mathias’ birthday was the 23rd, he got a few games and a nice ice cream cake. He had a concert last Thursday too.
Working through some interesting things-I think the ID work is taking, but I can’t tell yet. Some interesting things have happened, but I need to wait and not overjudge or analyze.
And the huge news is happening in North Africa. It’s thrilling, hopefully it will make a difference.
