The show is Saturday. We have all the music for all the new pieces, and we can play them. Passably. I have my cards written up for them all. Fri. night, Sat. day and Sun. day were rehearsals. Yesterday off. Now it’s on until the show. I think we’ll make it. It’s not going to be perfect, but I don’t think it’ll be a disaster. Some of the pieces are really complicated and fun to play. Others are really pretty.
Not much else has happened. Work. There was a party on Halloween after I picked up C, home Fri. M spent Sat. night at a friend’s after basketball, church & usher Sun, pick up & drop off M & a friend, then gamelan. Drama last night. C had a hard time getting up today. Dropped them and S off, so Erika could sleep.
And it’s election day. My bet is on Obama, but the cons have a lot riding on election fraud, so you never know.
