Driving around the 42nd area following Robert Fripp and Toyah driving an RV. They circle around and around and into the Safeway lot. They drive around a bit and jump the RV off the lot and onto King. We get out and Robert is between me and the sun, making him surrounded in a halo. He comes right up close to me grinning.

Park my car in that same lot, go into a store. Come back out the car is covered in snow-wrong car. Mine is next and clean. The rear tires are flat-someone pulled out the nozzle. Wolf gets in and starts driving away-I’m trying to hold the hole closed, but it’s only leaking a little so I let it go. The tires get huge, but don’t pop as he’s driving down Harrison. We’re looking for a gas station but they’re closed. We get to a tire place and park the car. A guy comes out and I tell him what happened and that we just need a cheap pair because the car is old. Get a ticket and walk over to a park bench. Sit a little and a lady comes up and sits too. She’s wearing a gi with a blue belt. I ask her what thing and she asks me how long I’ve been doing martial arts. I say 30 years and she asks for advice. I give her some.

Walking down to the 224 with some boy. He’s simple, and walks across the highway, losing his shoes along the way. He goes back to get them, even though there’s traffic. He comes back without them and I tell him to stay here while I get them. Two guys take off with the shoes and I follow. I find some shoes, but they’re not his. Keep following them, go up the hill. It get steeper and steeper and I’m climbing. Some old lady is parking her car and gets out crawling. I note how steep it is and she agrees. I give up and go back. Find more shoes, and one pair that clip together. I don’t see the boy on the other corner.
