3:27 pm-Middle of the day-I’m tired, need tea. Ate lunch early-they had a chili cookoff and I ate during that. So, now I’m tired. Listening to Jethro Tull preceded by Crimson. So, the last days: kids to school, work, shopping, home. The kids went to a birthday party at Pump it up!-a place full of big inflatable bouncy things. Sweaty fun-I’ve been to the one in Lake Forest. Erika got kicked out and told to go and do something by herself. Home, kids’ dinner and to bed. Erika napped, my dinner, TV. Erika didn’t seem amenable to didge practice so I did a load of wash instead.
Today so far-kids to school, work, chili thing. Now on: A Perfect Circle or Tool (vlc isn’t showing anything, but I know Maynard’s voice-probly APC…). (3:55) Tea time.
5:07 pm-Almost time for home, start of weekend. Another page of Big Project completeish-final page snapped, pasted and ready to work on Monday. Listening to rain sound effect, preceded by dub and avant-rock. Feel better after tea. Time to pack up.
12:09 am-Time to sleep. Uneventful-home, kids, Rubik’s cube solving, dinner, to bed, dinner, TV, computing. Practiced drums and didge a bit-still need to work on circular breathing-getting better, but not there yet. Tracking has to wait. The son of a kite acquaintance has cancer. Sad. That’s it.
