Walk into the gamelan room with an electric griddle full of oil. Set it on the table. There’s a bug on my foot, and I kick it into a hole in the middle of the room. We sit down and I ask about when we’re starting up again. The guy figures that our show about Bali is in March, so we need to start now. I walk back to put the griddle on another table, and a spider jumps in my shirt pocket. There’s a bunch of wires and stuff in there. Something starts smoking a lot on the other table, and I grab it and walk outside and put it in a big puddle to stop the fire. We start talking about keeping everyone calm.
