Arranging my desk at work. There’s a bunch of books underneath. Futz with my old laserwriter-it’s coming apart when I put the paper tray in. Come back in pj’s. Up the elevator and to my room. Walk through the executive suite and someone asks about what I’m wearing. I say I was flying kites and got a sunburn. Go into the room, lay down on a table and cover up with a blanket. My boss comes in in pj’s too.

In a casino, sit at the end of a long bar/table. The dealer blocks off a section just for me and gives me a bunch of chips. Play for a little bit, leave.

Walking through a square to a building, there are monstrous fishes swimming around. Go up to the top and look at them.

Walk through a square, sit down at a table and chat with everyone. This guy says he used to be a billionaire and working for the government and is now something else. Talk with him about Venus and how there are aliens there. He used to study it and has documents.

Walk up to a field. There are kids flying a big square kite, and it is going all over the place. Watch them, then put up my Rev. It’s not very windy. Set it down, then someone runs the kite around because the wind shifted. Walk back to another field next to a building. Unhook the lines and go into the building. Come back out, the handles and lines are missing. I find then attached to the roof of the shed. Get them back arranged, the toss a poster over the heads of the culprits.

Talking with Bob Bertog about something. He wants to prove a point by fighting with me. I tell him that’s a bad idea, but he persists. I block and sideswipe all his punches, then tie one up with an arm trap. Take him to the ground, asking is he’s done. He says know, and I start making more painful joint locks. Finally he concedes.

Walk across the room, a girl is waiting for me and I start. Go a little bit and stop.

Walking across a park, there’s a gathering going on. Walk up the hill and find a place at the top. Meg is there, but she’s not interested in me. Move further down the row. Some other girl is and I sit behind her.

Wait to give my presentation. There’s a break, and I set up my stuff. The other presenter comes, and I give him his stuff. After wards, walk around the back and get a blanket.

Trying to take off on a small plane, the pilot is training someone. He talks about wind and take off. The wind is low, but coming the wrong way for a good take off. We go up to a cliff and he talks about getting up speed by going off the cliff. I get out-not doing that. Some girl takes over and she lines up-the wind shifts and gets stronger-you can see the windsock go now.

Driving up , see an enormous tanker plane land. It’s very long. Al B gets a call and starts talking about requesting a very large order of natural gas, like 3 degrees. The person on the other end is freaking out. I marvel at how much he’s ordering.

Walk into a room. There’s a turntable on the floor playing Gentle Giant. I say, “ooooo, Gentle Giant,” and walk away.

In a plane, but the bottom rear is open so it can take in water.

Climbing up stairs in a building, get to the top and wander around.

Walk across a green strip into the White House. Talk to someone in a room.

At the top of a canyon, watch some trucks go down the end. They go faster and faster then start crashing into each other, the rocks and everything else. Move down further, they’re still flying down the hill. A few go into another canyon, and finally stop.

At the store, have a bunch of stuff, get a tray with candy on it. Toss it beach to the rest and it falls off the counter. Go to pick it up, not really upset.

At home, Al Brandt is staying overnight. He asks where I get my knife-i say Walmart and they’re cheap. There are a bunch of small black toys on the ground-we step over them.

At an exhibit with an old rock wall. It comes apart and I grab a chunk of stone. We run, as agents are coming for us. Go into a gym complex, up and then down. Hiding the artifact, it’s talking and I tell it to be quiet and put it back in the backpack. The agents pass and I go back the other way.

Walking along a frozen lake. We need to get to the other side, so we start on the ice. It starts getting mushy, then we’re swimming. It’s cold, I help the person I’m with, and we swim fast to the bank. We get out and wait for the others.

In a group circle, with Ms. Drake, talking about our day. I flash back to going out to Canada, seeing a bunch of houses, looking closer, and realizing that they’re refugees’ makeshift houses on pre-poured concrete bases. There are people around making more and living in them, some are small and circular, even the more traditional square houses are built up like Alexander would do. The prime minister is visiting them, and he goes to leave and falls down in the mud. Talk in the circle about recapitulation, and how I was looking for a house in Canada. Christina is sad that I’m thinking of leaving. I say that we’re just looking around.

On a hill, working to set up some synths. A huge wind comes from down the hill, blows a bunch of loose stuff high in the air. We crouch down, the wind passes. A bunch of bears comes next, and we run up the hill. It’s muddy and hard to make progress.

On a paddle board, trying to go across a bay. Get out, and there are big waves. Start across, and a bunch of surfers are ducking underneath. Continue across.

Walk up and sit down in back of a group in a small area of a park. A girl comes up and starts saying how she doesn’t like any of them. She said she doesn’t know me. I roll a small ball towards her and she rolls it back. There are tracks in the concrete so I shoot a pencil towards her. Then I roll a small paper ball.

In a big car, some lady passes us on the right. We go faster, then up a hill. Get out and start walking, as it gets steeper and steeper. It’s sandy, and I have on my moccasins with the smooth bottoms, so it’s getting harder as the hill gets steeper.

Walking up a street with a bunch of people. They block off the sidewalk in front of us and behind. We’re part of a thing to get people’s opinions. Go into a restaurant-we’re going to work there for a day and give our impressions. I walk around and volunteer to run the espresso machine. There are no beans, so start in on prepping beans-from scratch. Hull them, pull off the fruit, start roasting. A girl comes to help.

At some school event, someone is having trouble getting an odd screw out-it’s square. Look through and try a couple. Find a complicated tool holder and start trying those-they’re tiny and I’m dropping them. Someone comes and puts their stereo on the bench (we’re in 30700 basement workshop) on top of all the tools. Find the right one and start putting the kit back together. The event is starting in the other room.

In a big room, waiting far a test to start. We’re monitors, walk stepping. To some big girl about what’s on a calendar. She’s attracted to me. About to do on break, Anne point out Cleveland in the distance. Get in the car and drive to someone’s house-it’s in a bad neighborhood, and I take care to not stand out. Go in, but the fort is badly secured. And I see bad guy l guys coming h. I put a knife, and try to stab one, but it’s hard. They regroup. and one has a shotgun. We retreat, one forest and misses. I throw the knife, and it barely misses. They come up on the platform, and we invite them for dinner.

Walking through the jungle, it’s a narrow path and there are snakes coming up and one bites my pants. I pull it off and continue to the house. They follow us in and I stomp on a smaller one.

At some shop, snag something for cheap-it’s on the bottom shelf. Walk outside, going out to eat. Try to look up how much money is in the bank, the phone won’t cooperate, changes into another phone, then a game thing. Drive up the street. Walk into my old apartment building, show my friend where we used to live. Go to sit down in the courtyard and the manager comes over and tells us this isn’t a good place to sit. My friend starts asking questions.

Flying through a city, some jet is following me. I land on a building and hide, and it circles but doesn’t see me. I start down the building and run down a hill, up, and into a condo complex. Jump a few fences, but the rest of the fences have barbed wire on them. I go back, and the fences now have barbed wire on them. A protestor gets in, and the owner comes and gets him and me and I leave.

In a house, have to take a shower. Go into the bathroom-it’s big and lots of people playing in the pool. I shoo them out and start the shower. The water goes everywhere, and I work to make it just go in the shower area.

Come back to the house, and it’s gone. I look around, and hide my car further into the lot. Sit on a ledge and a wolf comes past me and down the hill. A pack comes and I fight them off. They’re jumping up from down the hill.

Get into the car in the garage-waiting for sis. Start the car and mom goes back in the house.

In a room, dreaming. There’s a figure at the other end that unfolds into three. They come up to us, one then another says they’re here to teach us. They each point to the people on either side of me and explain why they’re here. The third is a nun? and is for me. I get it all very quickly-I’m special, and getting advanced instruction that’s meant to awaken me before I die.
