5:18 pm-Packing up for home. The usual last night. Library, shop, home, dinner, bed, read. One of the few show I watch is the Unit-exciting. Today-kids up, breakfast, to school, to work, wanted a change of scenery so I walked to the Starbucks on the corner, got a hazelnut misto (that’s what the guy called it). 4:55 pm-Getting ready to go home. Yesterday: church, Erika went to old church to show off the baby. Had breakfast at Hometown Buffet, Starbucks for my coffee thing-used sugarfree & it tasted metallic. Home, Costco. Back home, kids to bed, but it didn’t last, work, sleep. Up today, kids to school, work, lunch. Listening to lib radio podcasts. Put DB2 on one server-I had to download the Fedora DVD and go back to v6 to get the right libraries. Also got some music from the free folks.

11:08 pm-In bed watching the Daily Show. Came home, hung out with the kids and baby, grilled for Matt, cooked corn, kids to bed. Dinner, folded clothes, took out trash. The usual routine of my daily life. Four Arguments has a lot to say about this-preaching to the choir for me-I have a big dislike for the built world.

11:53 pm-In bed, tired, sore. Time to sleep. Quick recap before bed. It’s been a busy week, but nothing much different from the usual-boys, school, work, Salem is getting over her cold. Baby shower last Sunday. Parents came down. T’ai Chi Tuesday and Thursday. Went to the pool once. It’s been chilly and it sprinkled some. Fiddling with Fedora and failing hard disks at work. And…my mother-in-law moved today. I worked very hard. I cleared out the van last night, drove there after filling up with gas and getting coffee. Got there, started arranging things, filled up the van 4 times, lunch while working, went to Starbucks and got: grande Fair Trade medium roast French Pressed, 2 pumps Hazelnut, 3 pumps Cinnamon, steamed 1/2 & 1/2 to fill a venti cup. Yummy smelling and delicious. Polly’s to get peanuts and Earl Grey, drive home, seats back in, kids to bed, dinner, shower, paper, sore, sore, sore-1 big motrin. In bed, 1/2 watched TV. You’ve gotta read this and this.

12:10 pm-Try to jam this in while Firefox waits for the web. It’s been slow today. No worries. Been slacking on this as well-the cost of a new baby. To recap-Friday-Colin to school (Matt is sick), work, pick up kids, home. Saturday-laze, go to old church to help with setup for a comedy thing, back home, back to church to do sound. Everyone was very happy to see me. Sunday-church, Erika went, shop, home, baby has a cold, as do I. Monday-kids to school, work, Matt was whiny, pick up kids, home. Tuesday-kids to school, T’ai Chi, work, pick up kids, recycling, shop, back to work to get dinners, hang out, home, dinner, bed. Up today, kids to school, work. My life is SO exciting…
