11:44 am-Quickly posting one. Quiet last night-Colin found the keys, kids to bed, Erika went to a school meeting, dinner, TV, bed earlyish. Up today-Erika was tired, to school, t’ai chi-the kids were chatty-had to tamp down a bit, set passwords, to work.

5:25 pm-Time to go home. Not much going on. Yesterday-looking for lost keys, put up the big telescope and watched the comet-blurry. Up today, to school, work, lunch, here now. Whoopee. Gotta go…

4:35 pm-Making tea-listening to lib radio-I’m a week behind. I purged my e-mail filing backlog. Well, I filed things. Need to trim threads, pull in my hotmail. Not much else going on-time to start on lower priority tasks. OK-last night-kids to bed, computing, sleep. Up today, 1/2 shower, to school, t’ai chi, work. Had to go home to look for Erika’s keys-didn’t find them… Lunch, filing, and here we are. Not much else-Pakistan is under martial law. I saw that Backwater has a remote controlled airship division. I’ve gotta find a good regular 2nd gig. More GOP sex scandals.

5:15 pm-Time to go home-do this before I go. The past few days-Thursday-home, the usual, Friday, to school, work, home, same ‘ol. Saturday-go to school to help set up bleachers, stand at the front gate to turn away soccer moms trying to park-one almost ran me over. Home to get diapers, back to watch over the parking lot, hang out at the Autumn fair, home, go to the jacuzzi. Sunday-go to old church to train on the sound system, back home & to regular church, shop, home, nap, tidy, kids to bed-they were jumpy. Today-up, shower, slow to do things, Colin slept in, Matt was picky, late to school. To work.

5:26 pm-Gonna jump this in quick. The usual weekend-kids and bed Friday, shop and nap Saturday, church, shop, carved pumpkins Sunday, up, school, computer class, work today. Started blogging on mySpace. Downloaded a bunch of free music-NOT pirated stuff! Roasted pumpkin seeds. I’m sick, and the family is a bit too. Gotta go.

4:24 pm-I think I have to reboot to install Office ’07. So I’m going to do this before I do that. OK. Last night-home, kids, dinner, sleep. Today-got to sleep in a bit because there’s no school. Cut hair, shower, to work, work, lunch, here now. Al Gore is doing video shorts, but I can’t find them. I have to do something to contribute-writing, videos, music? I think Thom Hartmann is right about a coming new paradigm for presenting ideas-youTube, mySpace, faceBook, etc. I have to get to that.

1:50 pm-I’m going to do this in time slices. End of Tuesday-home, the usual. We are SO broke. Weds-it’s very, very smoky-the sun is orange. We talked about it on the way to school. So, up, to school, computer class-the construction project. To work. Lunch, home, the usual. Today-kids stayed home-it’s still smoky. Turned in the invoice for the teaching. There were no kids there. I hung out for a bit, then work, lunch with the execs. Work.

5:12 pm-Time to go home-gonna timeslice this in while I’m finishing up and geting ready to go. Work. Listening to DN!-liberal radio constantly at work.

5:15 pm-Time to go. Yesterday-home, started cleaning, family came home. Dinner, bed, dinner, bed, fires. Today-up, kids to school, t’ai chi-kids were squirrely, computer-someone took all the tables out of the computer room. Got some tables, put everything back, kids set up the computers and started playing, tried to get the network connected-no go, checked all the computers-7 are OK. More fires. Work, lunch, set up one of the laptops. More work, now it’s time to go home.

4:58 pm-At the end of the day. Busy weekend. Friday ended up quietly-home, kids watched Avatar, bed, dinner, bed. Saturday-go to Long Beach to help Bonnie put up drapes, kids went to a birthday, drove Bonnie back-dinner, swim, bed. Matt got sick overnight, Colin and me during the day. Erika took Bonnie home and shopping. Back home, shop, Starbucks-I’ve got the call down-venti 2 pump Hazelnut, 3 pump Cinnamon breve misto mild optional French pressed, big fires sorta close by. Up early to help with the baby. Today-up late, get to school, smoky, teach class, work, lunch, work. Erika took the kids to Long Beach then changed her mind.

5:13 pm-Time to go home. I’m tired. Yesterday-home, dinner, kids to bed, dinner, bed. Today-up, kids to school, computer class, work. S-Chip died, riots in Pakistan, lost the Armenian genocide bill. Blackwater guys drew down on soldiers, it’s all so crazy. I know why people give up and hide their heads in the sand. Watson of DNA discovery fame said that blacks aren’t as smart as other people. Wow. I just listened to a thing on Democracy Now! about Arab stereotypes.
