The past days: Friday-drop kids off, work, CPK at Fascist Island for dinner, kids watched Chicken Run late, Saturday-car failed smog test, drop Erika off at the OC fairgrounds for a craft show, Mistuwa Market, back for the swapmeet-failed finding shoes for Colin, home, Sunday-church-had to drop Erika & kids at Tapestry because Erika can’t drive because of vertigo, sound at UUFLB, back to Tapestry, lunch at Denny’s, drop off Matt at a birthday party, MV mall to get shoes for Colin-kQQl striped with a skull, pick up Matt, costCo, home, work, today-drop off kids, work.

I talked to his teacher and he’s not as innocent as he implies… T’ai Chi-a mom did it too. Work, lunch, work, tried to get my car smogged-no go-tomorrow. Home, dinner, kids to bed, TV, newspaper, work. Paris Hilton got sent home with an ankle bracelet-everyone’s pissed. G’night.

10:48 am-Sitting in a seminar. I have a lot of backtrack to do. Busy Memorial Day weekend-took Friday and Tuesday off. Steve Albini and Nirvana have been occupying my mind lately-Steve’s philosophy of recording music and In Utero. OK-we just had lunch and I have a few minutes to backtrack.

This has been since last Tuesday! And I don’t have my notebook to rely on. So, no T’ai Chi, work, school, kids. We quit church-I still have to get someone to do sound. Erika’s dad died on Friday-he’s been there for a few weeks now. Matt is sad about it, as is Erika. I went on the walk on Friday and Tuesday-Kindy and 1st grade. Went to the Strawberry Festival in Garden Grove-not many strawberries, lotsa carnival rides and booths, then visited Bonnie-she’s doing really well-it’s been a tough road for her the past few years, and for most of her married life by extension. Church Sunday, the furnace leaked and flooded the closet, swimming, Tracy and family visited Monday-swim, dinner, we had to clean. A lot. Tuesday-walked, hung out, power outage, Johnny Rockets, Weds-back to work, work late, Colin had a flail.

9:52 pm-Working on “the Project” and the Journey DVD label, watching the spelling bee. Since it’s on the East Coast, I know the result via Wikipedia. I love Wikipedia.
